My clients know that I excel in all areas of the wedding photography process. Including that of designing unique, wedding albums. I design my own wedding albums from the images chosen by the client. Please take a look. To avoid unauthorized use of these images, I had to put my watermark on them.
I’ve shot many weddings in my career at the glorious Ruby Hill Golf Club in Pleasanton, CA. Here are some recent images from the wedding of David & Janice. I also have a gallery of these wedding images on my main wedding photography website.
This is a combination made in heaven. True black and white film taken at a wedding that happened on a Commodore Cruise & Events. I love weddings on the water and I love taking wedding pictures while sailing on the water. There’s something exhilarating about that.
Just curious if anyone out there cares for pictures like this. I don’t do tons of stuff from the ground but when I do, I want it to be BIG TIME!!!!! Let me know what you think!
There is yet another new email scam this time aimed at Wedding Photographers. These emails continue to get increasingly realistic. But upon a second read, you can tell this person barely can knows English. The first clue is that the reply to name is different than the name on the actual email. The other clue is the fact that the email is not specific as to what they want or where the wedding will be. The greeting is not specific to me which means they sent this as spam to many recipients. I can pretty much tell these scams from a mile away, but to the uninitiated they can be somewhat realistic. Please be aware of these and ignore!
Hello Photogrpher.
I am Jane Smith, I saw your ad online while searchng for a good photographer
to cover a musical concert which I will be the major singer in the event
coming up soon.
I will like to know how much you charge and the types of packages you have
because this is information will be forwarded to the event manager to enable
him draw a reliable budget to cover the event.
We want a very good photoshoot and probably great video coverage from great
views and good perspectives and I hope you are up to the task, because you
might be needed for other events similar to this type of events.
I will also like to know the dates which you are available.
I will also like to know your location and if you can travel within the
country for coverage.
Here are some wedding photos of a great couple we had the pleasure of working with.
The balcony is literally 5 stories TALL and you must hoof it up a flight of stairs. You better hope the door is unlocked when you get there LOL
A word of caution when you are filming a wedding at this church and other public venues in San Francisco or any other city for that matter…..Always watch your belongings. Grab and runs are rampant through out this area. There are alot of homeless in Lincoln Park which is right around the street. Plus there are alot of TOURIST TRAFFIC in and out of this church which is an additional security issue.
What fun it is having your wedding or special event on a boat that is floating on the San Francisco Bay. But Sausalito Empress Yachts is more than just a boat rental. It provides individuals and businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area with elegant Bay cruises on yachts for any occasion.
Whether a yacht weddingcruise or rehearsal dinner, special birthday party or corporate event, corporate party, relaxing sunset cruise or holiday party boat, a private affair aboard one of our classic luxury yachts will be a truly memorable way to explore the SF Bay on luxury bay cruises.
Here are some wonderful photos I have been lucky enough to take on the Sausalito Empress Yacht. This particular couple, “Gary & Lisa” had their wedding ceremony and wedding luncheon reception at the Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley. You may have seen my POST on this venue earlier in my blog. At any rate, this portion of their wedding was actually held as a surprise. Guests were told they were going to a SURPRISE location. Bauer’s Transportation in San Francisco shuttled the people around on this and previous days leading up to the wedding {the wedding day culminated a 5 day event}.
I took a BOATLOAD [lol] of pictures of them on the bow [or whatever you call it] before any of the guests boarded. About 200 in the sequence. Most of the images were taken as fast as my camera would take them. In kind of a continuous shooting mode. Since I’m also a wedding videographer, I often think in terms of shooting real time motion and emotion as well as REACTION from guests, etc. Often though, my second / associate photographer is usually shooting reaction.
Being on the San Francisco Bay is awewsome! It was very cold that night [I actually ended up coming down wiith full blown pnemonia following this 5 day event] so make sure you bring a jacket if you go on one of these cruises.
They actually take you right underneath the northern tower of the Golden Gate Bridge.
This last shot you see here above, I really love it. I will actually put that in my Gallery portfolio of images I use for Hanging Art and Stock Photos of the golden gate bridge. My stock photos of the golden gate bridge are very unique and I do very well with them.
